This is the third scarf that I have made thus far. It is made with black yarn- that has some spots of color every now and then. It is my first attempt at anything other than straight knitting... and I used a simple ribbed pattern (kk-pp-kk etc).
I know these photos aren't very good- but I actually really like the pattern of the scarf. It is simple- and soft- with a nice pattern. I should do something else in black in the future- maybe with a grey- white pattern...
Knit, Purl, Breathe.

Project Number Two- The Camo Scarf
This is the second item I ever started and finished on my own. It is a simple knit scarf- with the only pattern coming from the color variations in yarn. There were no color changes... and I kind of enjoy the simplicity of this project. I know it is one of Ashley's favorites- as it matches her coat.

Project Number One- The Purple Scarf
I began this scarf on a whim one Friday night. After an impromptu (and very expensive) trip to Michael's and a quick review of a few U-Tube tutorials I was on my way. Or so I thought...
Not only did I have to restart this scarf a few times, it is still a major wreck. There are several holes where I dropped stitches. There are also snags where I didn't understand how exactly to change colors.
In fact- I am not sure I even like this color combination. However- this scarf stands out for one simple reason. I started it on my own. I figured out the pattern and I worked it through to the end. Then I cast it off. For the first time. Ever. Period.
So without further ado....
